If submitting editorial/photography to be published in G-Entertainment Magazine (our printed) or g-entmagazine.com (our online entertainment magazine) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant G-Entertainment Magazine/g-entmagazine.com the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and/ or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed.
You warrant that your contribution:
• Is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available for the purposes specified above
• Is allowed to be used in all our formats including our online entertainment magazine (g-entmagazine.com, limited edition print, marketing material etc.
• It is not defamatory
• It does not infringe on any law
• You agree to indemnify G-Entertainment Magazine, g-entmagazine.com, and its affiliates against all legal fees, damages, and other expenses that may be incurred by G-Entertainment Magazine/g-entmagazine.com as a result of your breach of the above warranty, and waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on G-Entertainment Magazine and g-entmagazine.com and the purposes specified above.
• As a condition of submitting your contribution, you (and any other individual co-authoring/ or submitting images) unconditionally and irrevocably waive all claims to compensation for use of the contribution, and/or any rights with respect to such use you may have under copyright law, the right to publicity, the right to privacy, the law of defamation, and any other common law or statutory claims under the laws of any jurisdiction.
How to submit your editorial/ photography submissions:
For consideration, please send all submissions to g.entmagazine205@gmail.com stating: Magazine Submissions in the subject line (photography send at least 6 images). Please also include contact email and name of photographer. If you are submitting an editorial please include your first and last name. email address and how you would like your name to be displayed (full name, first name only, anonymous or nickname).
Models- after completing our online application send in at least 6 images to g.entmagazine205@gmail.com stating model submission in the subject line.
